Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the assembly and packaging of products, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve production processes and resolve issues.
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to management promptly.
Participate in training sessions and follow best practices for workplace safety.
Skills & Experience Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is a plus but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
Ability to operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects.
Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
Basic problem-solving skills and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
