Professional Summary of Employment Terms

Net Wage: €4.50 per hour. Bonuses are individualized based on the employee’s experience and skills.

Upon arrival in Slovakia, there may be a waiting period of up to one month before commencing work. The specific type of work and location will be determined at the time of the candidate’s arrival, reflecting the current needs of the company. This may differ from the details provided by agents during the signing of terms and conditions. It is important to note that refusal of the assigned work will be regarded as a violation of the cooperation terms, leading to immediate cancellation of visas.

The company reserves the right to adjust an employee’s workplace and job responsibilities as necessary. Employees should be prepared to work within a multinational team.

Core Areas of Activity: Food production, harvesting, automotive components production, construction, cleaning, housekeeping, and other sectors.

Meals: Provided in factory canteens at a cost of €2.00-€2.50 for lunch (deducted from salary). The total cost of lunch is €6.00. The lunch break per shift is 30 minutes and does not count as working time.
Shifts: Work may be conducted in three shifts (morning, evening, and night). Regular shifts are 8 hours, with the possibility of 12-hour shifts based on workload.
Accommodation: Provided by the company, generally housing 2-3 individuals per room, with couples accommodated separately. The cost of accommodation is €80 per person per month, deducted from salary.
Transportation: The company offers travel to and from work within Slovakia.

The labor contract is established for a period of one year.

Medical Insurance: Provided throughout the duration of the labor contract. Employees will be registered, examined, and treated by a company therapist during their employment period.
